What Waitless does
You can browse speech pathology clinics across South East Queensland, see each clinic's Google rating and when we last checked its listing, and send an enquiry straight to the clinics you choose. We are an introducer, not a clinic. We do not provide therapy or give clinical advice.
How the directory is built
Listings start from public sources, such as public business directories, so the directory is useful from day one. A clinic can then claim its listing to manage its own details and tell families directly when it is taking new clients. Clinics that confirm they are taking new clients are shown first.
We refresh the directory regularly. A daily check keeps listing details current, and we ask claimed clinics to re-confirm their availability so a listing reflects something recent rather than something we found once and never looked at again. Every listing shows its last-checked date so you can judge how current it is, and you should always confirm details with the clinic before you book.
How it stays free for families
Clinics that choose to receive enquiries from families cover the cost of running Waitless. Families never pay, and we never sell or market your information. If you are a clinic, you can learn more on the Waitless for Clinics page.
