These terms cover your use of Waitless. By using the site you agree to them. Waitless is an independent directory operated from Queensland, Australia, contactable at admin@waitlessclinic.au.

What Waitless is

Waitless is a directory that lists speech pathology clinics across South East Queensland and lets families send an enquiry to a clinic they choose. We are an introducer, not a clinic. We do not provide therapy, give clinical advice, or take part in your care or your booking.

Free for families

Waitless is free for families. There is no cost or obligation to use the directory or to send an enquiry.

How listings are built

Listings come from two places: public sources such as public business directories, and details that a clinic provides itself once it claims its listing. Each listing shows when we last checked it. That date tells you how recent our information is. It is not a promise that a clinic has a place available or that any wait time is current. Always confirm availability, fees, and current details with the clinic before you book.

Google ratings shown on a listing are sourced from Google and attributed as such. They reflect reviews left on Google, not an assessment by Waitless.

Speech pathology and registration

Speech pathologists in Australia are self-regulated through Speech Pathology Australia rather than registered with AHPRA. A listing on Waitless is not an endorsement of a clinic or a clinician and is not confirmation of any qualification. You should check a clinician's current Speech Pathology Australia membership and suitability for your needs directly with the clinic before booking.

Your enquiry

When you send an enquiry, your details are shared with the clinic you chose so it can contact you. Please give accurate details and share only what is needed. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

For clinics: corrections and removals

If you are a clinic, you can claim your listing to manage your own details and availability, or ask us to correct or remove it. Use the “Claim your listing” option on your listing page, or email admin@waitlessclinic.au. We confirm that a request is genuine before we act on it. If you are a clinic, you can claim or manage your listing from the Waitless for Clinics page.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site: no scraping or bulk harvesting of listings, no submitting false enquiries, and no attempts to disrupt the service.

Liability

We provide Waitless with reasonable care, but the directory is provided on an “as is” basis and we cannot promise that every detail is complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, Waitless is not liable for the conduct of any clinic, the outcome of any enquiry, or any care you receive. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
